Tailor-made function A.I. Home Assistance Customer Services project by public tender:
Tender effective date: 1st February 2019
Tender deadline: 11th February 2019
(The project quotation must be included project development and 24 months maintenance after developed.)
Customer Service System (A.I. Speech Recognition Assistance Service Supported) Requirements:
- Product function design, system flow design involved.
- Voice recognition includes Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
- Machine learning capable Natural Language Process (NLP) system. #1
- A system that can learn the interaction between human and smartphone / tablet. #1
- Can use smartphone/tablet alike human and perform task automatically for the customers based on the voice recognition result without using hardcoded macro solution. #1
- Unlike hardcoded macro solution, the system can recognize different situation/instruction automatically on the smartphone/tablet and pick the proper solution for the task. #1
- Can use speeches to control other third-party devices such as smart home devices, medical devices, television etc. #1
- Can use speeches to control other third-party applications such as facebook, messager, wechat, whatsapp, youtube, news website, browser, online shop, etc. #1
- Can open / close / update / install / uninstall applications, change settings automatically/remote for the customers.
- Support reminder function which set up by user or CS.
- 2 Mobile apps functions/tools are included instant message, set-up time reminder, check shopping list, A.I. machine learning.
- System assessable for limb handicapped person.
- All hardwares for the project including tablet and mobile.
Remark: #1 The system must be completely self-developed without using any other library / API / SDK.
Customer Service Management System:
- Payroll system for customer service assistance
- Communication among customer service assistance
- Customer efficiency calculation: service time, sentence and service count
- Privacy protection
- Customer service permission management
Design:
- System functions design.
- User interface for all application or backend system in the project as well as character of product if needed.
Services support (at least 24 months and not more than 36 months):
- Establish/cooperate with a doctor team/network (at least 20 licensed doctors in Hong Kong) to make sure the system can support with medical consultation by licensed doctors in Hong Kong.
- Making product/project video for product launching.
- Promotion with SEM and product launch with product introduction video.
- Man-power to maintain 24 months after system developed:
- A manager to follow up full project, application 2nd development, cooperate or negotiate with 3rd party (eg. Doctors team, online shop etc.) in the project and promotion;
- System trainer for handicapped users;
- Technician for system and application bug fixing, version update;
- Technician for server maintenance.
User Acceptance Test (UAT) requirements:
Below of UAT requirements are including but not limited to:
- Two mobile apps (application requirements on tender listed).
- One backend management system (system requirements on tender listed).
- Using system and device to complete video consultation with Hong Kong licensed doctors.
- Using machine learning on new functions/sentences by users (including handicapped accessibility) and the A.I. system can be functioned independence on that new functions.
- Using A.I. system by voice to complete online shopping.
- Using A.I. system by voice to set up time reminder.
- Using A.I. system by voice to connect social networking applications (eg. Facebook messager.)
