首先感謝各界對路向的一貫支持。我們懷着感恩及不捨之情宣告,路向四肢傷殘人士協會之行政總裁李鸝女士,將於二零二二年二月一日離任,開展人生另一頁。
李鸝於二零一七年六月加入本協會出任行政總裁,在這四年半期間積極拓展及參與協會活動,帶領本會持續改進及增強。我們衷心感謝她多年來致力發展協會的社會使命,包括以下多項卓越成就:
- 重塑協會形象
- 重組服務及社企的部門架構
- 培育人才,令員工數目增近一倍至25人
- 為會員開發新服務及提供職業培訓
- 創辦首屆「花轆LOOK嘉年華」
- 設立新的輪椅維修中心
- 帶領路向團隊渡過疫情,更為會員提供及時並適切的支援
- 與國際組織合作
李鸝已陸續將業務交給總幹事陸嘉明先生接管,如各界有任何垂詢,可直接以電郵 kmluk@4limbse.org 與陸嘉明聯絡。
我們謹此再次感謝李鸝在過去幾年的奉獻、熱情及動力。相信協會的員工、執行委員會、義工、會員、商業夥伴和各界支持者都會非常想念她。我們祝福她未來的事業會更上一層樓,並期待協會能為改善會員的福祉而繼續在港開展各式工作。

It is with a mix of sadness and gratitude to announce that Ms. Lillian Li, is leaving her position as Chief Executive of Direction Association for the Handicapped effective 1st February 2022 to pursue outside opportunity. Over the past four and half years, Lillian has been instrumental in many new initiatives or activities to enhance and improve the organization. We want to thank you for the years of dedicated service to growing our mission which involved many significant accomplishment including:
- Rebrand the organization image
- Restructure the service section and social enterprise section
- Growth of talent team, staff number grow nearly two fold to 25
- Launched new services and vocational training for members
- Initiated the first Fun in Wheel Carnival
- Set up a new center for wheelchair repairing service
- Lead the team to overcome the Covid-19 crisis and provide immediate support for members
- Collaborate with international organizations
Lillian has started to transit her duties to Mr. Luk Ka Ming, currently Executive Director. Please feel free to communicate with Ka Ming by kmluk@4limbse.org directly after her last day.
Again, we cannot thank enough for the dedication, passion, and motivation Lillian has given our organization over the past few years. She will be greatly missed by the staff, Executive Committee, volunteers, business partners and supporters alike. We look forward to following the success of her career and are excited for the next chapter of Direction Association as we continue the important work to improve the well-being to the members in Hong Kong.
